Card not delivered and broken link

Hi Monzo team,

I have recently open an account last week but my card didn’t arrive and the expected day of delivery has now passed. I’ve tried to ask a new delivery on the app but the link doesn’t work when I press reorder.
Could you please help?

Search for contact us in the help section then there should be an option to chat with support and they can help you .
