Can't order a replacement card

Hi

I was a victim of fraud and monzo said they would send me a new card. Instead they sent me the 4 for some reason and all 4 could not be activated

Now when I go to order a new card again it declines and says

“somethings gone wrong. Please try again in a few minutes”

This has been happening for a week

What did Monzo say when you asked via the help section of the app? Type “contact support” and follow the steps.
