🧯 Can't access Savings? 🧯

Issue: Can’t access Savings

Details to reproduce: From Home screen, scroll down to ‘Savings & Investments’ and tap on ‘Savings’ to open the Savings display. In the ‘Savings Pots’ section, tap on ‘Savings’ - the resulting screen shows the large pot icon but no details. Scrolling the large pot icon to the left then results in the ‘Sorry about this’ error splashscreen.
(The 1p Savings challenge and Investments screens continue to display correctly)
(Uninstalling the :monzo: app, restarting the device and reinstalling the :monzo: app has no effect on the issue)
OS: Android 16 beta QPR3.1
Device: Pixel 8 Pro
App Version: 6.49.1 (#6490151) beta

EDIT: Logging into the :monzo: app on a different Android device (running stock Android 11, but with the same version of :monzo: app: 6.49.1 / #6490151) shows the same behaviour. So it’s either the 6.49.1 app that has a bug or it’s a server-side issue at Monzo

Loading my lack of savings gives me this on iOS so maybe a bigger issue internally.

And we’re back! (or at least Savings are)

In-app chat confirmed ‘some users’ were affected and that the issue had now been fixed. Upon retrying, Savings can be accessed again :tada:

Can confirm no error message now :tada:
