Try reinstalling the app, do a fresh install from the app store , don’t restore from an icloud backup
Otherwise give the number at the back of your card a ring,
Thanks for the response. I’ve tried reinstalling the app but no luck. I’ll give them a call.
I’ve got the same problem, they told me it’s an issue they are aware of and working on.
Try deleting the app, turn phone off and back in, download app and then try again, I’ve just got back in that way
