Can’t access my email and now can’t log into my account

Hi all, I can no longer access my email account linked to my Monzo account. I have emailed help@Monzo but just wondered how long I can expect it to take to get a response, as I need to access my bank account.

Response times vary. Recently people here have reported between several hours and a few days. It could be faster or slower though - we don’t know basically.
