Im hoping it’s possible as I want to be able to organise them with the highest priority/most used pot listed first etc instead of the order they were created.
Press edit top left, and then drag with the 3 little bars on the right side of the pot.

I still can’t get my Personal Account to be first. It’s ALWAYS the Joint Account, regardless of the new’ish Labs ‘Show joint account first’ setting. From memory, I reported the issue in-app in November 2020. Nothing since.
Log out, log in. Uninstall, reinstall. Bark at the moon. Change device completely, still the same.
It’s clearly something to do with my account settings/configuration server-side…
