Business Acct Switch problems (from Co-op bank)

Has anyone successfully used the CASS Switch facility to move a Co-op Bank business account to a Monzo business account? I have been trying for 2 weeks, just getting a “There was a problem, error starting switch” sign at the very end of the process. Have spoken to many different ‘helpers’ on the Chat to no avail. Am I going to have to do it manually?

No, I didn’t actually. I might give that a go on Monday, although I can’t imagine them falling over themselves to be helpful.
