I have a problem - my mobile phone has stopped working and I am now unable to open my Monzo app.
I’m going to purchase a new mobile online (as no shops are open) but at the point of purchase the website is going to need me to authorize the transaction through the app. How do I get around is?
Also my salary is due hit my account (a day early) on Wednesday. As you know the user is required to specifically accept the early payment through the app. Is there any way to get around this or will I just have to wait until the Thursday when I assume the funds will be naturally available?
I would appreciate if you can offer some advice as this is a frustrating situation.
