The week I joined Monzo, I spent a few hours building tables in the office with the team in preparation for lots of hiring in the Dublin office! Looking back now that we’re an officially licensed bank in Ireland, it feels mad to think I was here from the start, so I thought I’d share some BTS content at what it likes working at Monzo, building the bank from the ground up as we grow!

Our employee photo board!
Every time a new employee starts in the Dublin office, they go on the top left…every time an employee from a different office visits, they go on the bottom right. Pets go top right.
