Be more kind please

Today, my account is frozen and going to be closed, maybe they have reason to do this, but they never think about how hard to me. This is only bank card I have in the UK, I cannot comeback to China now because of covid 9. All of fight be cancelled. During the period of lockdown, most of stuff need shopping online. And money cannot return as soon as possible. I don’t know how should I do. I try to open another account, but my visa is visitor visa, it doesn’t work. And my CAS also cannot helpful.
