Bank transfer not depositing money

I’m beyond frustrated and getting nowhere after 2 days of chasing down a bank transfer of funds from a client. The money has left the client account and was cleared, my accounting software showed it as cleared but Monzo are saying they have no sight of it. Ie. Its gone missing. AND I have to just be patient and wait. Which is fine if you don’t have any bills to pay which as a business is critical.

Just wondering if anyone else has had the same experience and hoping you’ll tell me it all worked out OK.
