We all know the classic 'forgetting your wallet’ but what are more awkward money moments that people don’t talk about enough?

This depends on the situation entirely.

I may treat the partner as I earn more, he may treat me, could go 50/50, or one pays food the other pays drinks.

I wouldn’t run for a bus so most certainly not running from a meal :joy:

I’ve a brother that likes to split everything 50/50 but the issue is, he orders 3 course meals where as I would only order the dinner and a pint :joy: it’s awkward to say nah I’m not going 50/50 so I just do it but by gosh that 50/50 thing should be scrapped

If they ordering 3 courses and I’m ordering 1, I’m only paying for one :joy:
