hi,
thought i should make a post highlighting that i couldn’t use my Monzo debit card to make a payment online for breakdown cover on the following website.
was a bit annoying having to use my credit card instead to complete the transaction.

Drop Acceptance@Monzo.com an email with the details and they will flag it up to MasterCard. Wether anything happens or not is another matter!

This isn’t actually a Monzo problem its and AutoAid problem - you can read about why this happens here:
Every now and then merchants decline Monzo cards. The vast majority of customers will never experience this, but for those that do, it can be very annoying. Here's how we're working with merchants to fix this.
The best thing to do is email acceptance@monzo.com and they will try on your behalf to help AutoAid fix the issue.
