Authentication no longer required [security]

Issue: as of yesterday morning the app (Apple) is no longer requiring my pin or thumbprint to log in to the app. This was also reported by another user on Reddit, so I know I’m not alone here. It is a security concern.

Details to reproduce: simply open the app. I have restarted the app with no change.

OS: 13.1.3

Device: Apple iPhone 6s

App Version: 3.9.0 #579

The current iOS app version is 3.10.0. It might be worth updating your app.

I’m not sure it’s a security issue, but a privacy one.

have you checked that it is still enabled in your settings?

The two things mentioned above are what I’d do to resolve this. Let us know how you get on :slight_smile:
