Hi Sorry to see that you’re running into a problem when connecting your Monzo account to the Apple wallet app.
This issue was raised with us a while back, we reported it to Apple who said it will be fixed in the next minor release of iOS 17.
Workaround from Apple: While we wait for the fix to be released, customers can work around this issue by manually disconnecting and reconnecting the account.
- Disconnecting the account can be done via Settings > Wallet & Apple Pay > Connections > Monzo and select Disconnect.
- Then reconnect via Settings > Wallet & Apple Pay > Payment Cards > select Monzo card and then select Get Account Balance & Activity
To give some context on the issue it’s to do with replacement cards being activated and the Wallet app believing that the old card is still connected.
