It’s the chip, I guess, as noise cancelling keeps turning on and off randomly (leaving my ears feeling strangely full, like on an airplane) and sometimes only one or the other Pod works, and sometimes they both just disconnect.

This has been happening to mine, also if they disconnect from my MBA due to range, then I get back in range I have to manually connect and most of the time sound won’t work again until I put them back in the case.

Also they are now auto connecting to my iPhone even though the setting is set to only when last connected.

Shame I won’t consider any other earbuds. :upside_down_face:

Same. I’ll grumble about conveniently timed obsolescence and then buy the Gen 3s when they come.

Yeah same here, never experienced earbuds as comfy as APP though, so I’ve always bought the new ones on release, even bought the USB C version of gen 2 when I all ready had gen 2.

Mine have started to play up :sob:

Guess I’ll be getting the new ones🤭

Speaking of Apple products, just noticed my iPhone hasn’t backed up automatically since 31st Jan even though I haven’t changed any settings. :upside_down_face:

I’m no expert but I don’t think my phone should be dropping charge while on the charger?

Not at that time. My battery is absolutely shocker!

Sometimes I will charge it downstairs, take it to bed; and by morning it’s like 50% :man_shrugging:

My 16 pro has been good until Saturday, I didn’t realise it had not charged over night then either, and my phone has been running really hot since then too.

Downloaded any new apps or?

I know having Snapchat kills my battery, I rarely use it but whenever I remove it my battery always seems better.

Only change was installing an update Saturday morning, otherwise I don’t really have many apps to begin with. No social media etc

Not strictly an Apple product but related.

Is it no longer possible to contact Barclays via Apple Business Chat to service a Barclays Partner Finance agreement?

I have been looking through their website but can’t see a way to start a chat.

Pretty sure I saw something somewhere about them stopping the Apple Business Chat service but can’t remember when/where…

Apple doesn’t exactly make it easy to offer. You have to use one of their “approved” service provider partners, as they don’t allow integration directly. You sign up directly with Apple for approval but you must use the approved 3rd party provider to connect.

The 3rd party providers often require you to purchase their broader service desk products in order to gain access to the Apple Business Messaging add-on as well.

In contrast to other messaging platforms, Apple has made it really unattractive. This is probably why adoption has been limited.

Boo! No online portal, and no Business Chat… not a very happy boy at the moment.

I used the business chat via iMessage end of January, and it worked fine and was great. I hadn’t deleted the chat when I last used it. Not sure how you add it if you don’t have it saved.

I used it a couple of weeks ago.

EDIT: Found it here:

As Michael said, it is on the website. If it doesn’t appear for you, this direct link should work.

If the non-Pros have ProMotion then that may tempt me to upgrade from my 13 Pro
