To be honest, I get this a lot, not just with Monzo, but other apps, seems to be an iPhone issue? Once I completely shutdown the phone and restart it, everything works fine again. Only started happening when Tim took over when Steve died, RIP Steve. One of the greatest pioneers of our time.
