App not launching since update 9th October 2017


Since the update yesterday I’ve been unable to launch the Monzo prepaid app.

I currently have both the prepaid and the current account apps installed, and I’ve had no issues launching the app previous to the update.

I’ve already done a reset on the phone to check if that helps, and I’ve also closed the app in multitasking too.

My next step would be to reinstall the app from scratch but I wanted to inform you folks that there may be a bug.

Delete and reinstall, it’s an iOS thing…

Happened to me on other apps.

I did say that was my next step, but this was just to inform the folks at Monzo of a potential bug.

Yer iOS 11 has been a bit rubbish for this! I’m having to do this to several apps
