For you. A few folk have said that they can - and have - hidden the section completely.
Are you and your wife on iPhone or Android?
We can rule out platform differences then!
First real life sighting of features that appear based on the desire of the user!
We all need this positivity
My ex was like that.
Iām just there like, but I want you to care like I care
Haha yeah he always had Lloyds and wanted to stay with Lloyds til I talked about monzo for ages. Now he works for them and lives for Monzo.
Not sure why Iāve not noticed this before, but when going into the customise panel, the animation where it pulls that page up and the fact once you change something it closes that entire panel is really bloody annoying
Iām fine with that animation, but you have just reminded me of my top inconsequential app niggle, which is the way pinned cards pop in and out of existence as they scroll on and off the top of the screen. Look at the top left cornerā¦
The settings panel springing isnāt just a visual thing, its a user thing
I find myself going to press something and then next thing you know it springs up so I end up pressing something below or just a blank space
Iām also now not gonna not be able to notice the card corners now
I think the pots details view still needs some work visually.
The pot type (āInstant Access Savings Potā in image) still just seems crammed under the pot title and I donāt think it looks good. I donāt think it needs to be up there with the pot title at all.
Also the savings goal is not prominent enough. Without scrolling it only just makes it on to the bottom of the screen, obscured by the iPhoneās Home Bar.
On normal pots itās worse - you have to scroll to see the savings goal at all.
It would be nice on the savings pots overview screen to see an indication of savings goal progress too.
Iād like to be able to see also how much interest Iāve earned in total for the current tax year (minus the Monzo ISA), not just for the current month/all time.
Can someone from monzo maybe comment on why some people can hide the pots section and some people cant?
Would be nice to understand that.
Not sure what could be gained from A/B test on something like this. Especially when its so hidden
Think thatās part of the reason why they do it lol
To see who uses it and who doesnāt; and whether itās worth full rollout or further development.
I enjoy A/B testing at work because even the smallest changes can lead to surprisingly unexpected results.
I havenāt specifically āhiddenā the pots section.
It disappears when I archive the last pot, and reappears when I create one.
I would like to be able to
- turn off the pots widget
- change the order of widgets
Me too. Wasnāt this supposed to be ācoming soonā about a hundred years ago?
