I used my card just now and the payment went through fine. I even received the push notification for the transaction. However, the app itself is still down when I try to open it.
Which unsurprising. If the app is down Iâd expect call volume to be a bit higher than normal.
Anyone know if ATM withdrawals are working? The status page doesnât have a separate category for them - are they card payments? (my card payments are failing as declined, but I canât see why in the app now but probably down to the outage)

After identifying some issues we instantly activated Monzo Stand-in - our fully independent backup bank.
As a result customers can still make payments with their card, withdraw cash, freeze their card, send and receive bank transfers and more.We are working on resolving this as soon as possible.
I canât send moneyâ or receive or withdraw from ATM either

Youâre always going to have this on all sides when they go down or have issues. Thereâs plenty of Monzo people bashing Revolut, Revolut people bashing Monzo, Starling people bashing Monzo e.t.c.. Itâs quite common when you have loads of platforms competing on a similar level especially fintechs
