Have done a quick search but this may still be a duplicate - close/delete if so 
- From the “Initial Top Up” view
- Tap the Apple pay “Pay” button (white, bottom)
- Tap the blue “Cancel” button (top-right of the Apple Pay modal overlay)
The application crashes instantly.
