Issue: I had a savings pot with OakNorth, but I transferred it out to another provider in July 2019. However, the monthly PDF statement still shows the amount I used to have, with the caption “Balance held with OakNorth” (and for this reason, “Total balance” is also wrong). This has been the case since the “Balance held with” lines have been added to the statements (August 2019 from my records).
