[Android] App unusable on Nokia 1

I’ve just tried to open the Monzo app this morning on my Nokia 1, which is Android Go, and nothing loads. Except for a yellow popup at the bottom of the screen which says:

App unusable. Sorry there was a problem. Please try again and contact us if it continues

If I navigate to Account or Home or Help this happens. The other tabs just have a progress spinner and fail to load anything. Occasionally the app crashes. I’ve sent Feedback with system logs.

Details to reproduce: Open the app.
OS: Android 8.1.0
Device: Nokia 1 Model TA-1060
App Version: 2.36.1

You tried deleting and reinstalling the app?


Uninstalling and reinstalling seems to have fixed the issue.

If it doesn’t work, re-boot/reload/restart and try again!!
