I just made a payment to a NatWest account to transfer some funds across. I did this by opening a previous payment made to this account and selecting “Send money to NatWest Joint Account”. For the reference I used Mortgage which was suggested as a previously used reference. The payment was fine.
I repeated the steps above for a smaller transfer but the app crashed when I selected a previous reference that contained a “-”, ie “Joint account - NatWest”. I can recreate this consistently. Ok without “-” in reference, crashes with “-” in reference.
