All mine are duplicated 8 times, maybe it’s linked to the number of accounts we’re pulling from Chase although I thought it was duplicating 6 or 7 times when I first spotted it.
(Edit) I forgot we’d already worked out transactions are duplicating in every Chase account
I raised a support issue through chat on Sunday morning and after a bit of back and forth, I was told it was escalated to the engineering team but since then, nothing. I have had some conversation with support this morning who have assured me the specialists are looking in to it.
I’ve just had my spending report notification for last month (I reset on the 25th) and it is of course completely wrong
It worries me that the response to this suggests connected accounts isn’t seen as a particularly important at Monzo while I use it quite a lot to keep track of my finances.
Does anybody have much experience with Emma recently? I’ve not used it for a few years so don’t know if it’s a worthy alternative or if there are any other alternatives out there?
Well my Chase account have stopped updating in Monzo and Chase is marked has ‘having issues’ on the add external account page so fingers crossed that means they’re working on it.
Same here. Also tried connecting a TSB account today and couldn’t as it was having ‘issues’. Using the android version so could be a banking connection problem rather than the app?
A long long time ago, in an app far far older, I reported I could only add 1 account from another bank. I have a choice if either my personal or business with starling. It won’t add both.
It’s been a few app updates and still didn’t do it.
Hi Folks, we’ve hopefully resolved the issue with Chase Connected Accounts now.
Chase had an issue since the weekend where they were returning duplicate transactions for users with multiple accounts. The’ve since fixed this but them no longer returning transactions we expected to see caused our system to flag them as missing, so we’ve enabled a blanket deletion rule for today to allow these accounts to refresh as expected.
