Hi Dan. I raised it via the dispute option in the app and sent copies of the cancellation emails. I understand what you are saying but it’s disappointing how it’s gone from instant to 7 days.
It would be nice for Monzo to acknowledge they are working on it and not just feel you are not going to get a response back. I don’t want to wait up to 7 days to find they need more info from me and have to wait again.
I cancelled an amazon order today about 2 hours after ordering and got the money back instantly into my Barclays . There was an option to choose a reason for canceling however it wasn’t mandatory
