Activating The New Mailed Out Cards

Just received the new card in the mail to replace the failing ones from the Santa Monica event. Accompanying letter mentions “so just tap the message you will see in your app…” but nothing showing up in-app just yet.

Assuming this “message” will be pushed out soon?

Anyone else having the same experience?

Hi Ari, you should hopefully have received the message. By any chance are you on Android? There are a handful of customers on Android who didn’t receive the message who we’ll be reaching out today.

If you could reach out in-app support then that would be really useful as then we’ve got all your details to make sure this is fixed :raised_hands:
