I was presenting at a conference with Thomas G and he gave me a card. finally got round to registering it. entered the 9 digit number but it is saying you will send me a new card. it that true? can I associate the card I have? need to use it by Tuesday
not too sure where you are in the process , usually when you are given a card at a presentation - from memory 2 years ago 
- you download the app on your phone which then places you in the queue - you then do a three finger swipe on the queue screen to get you to the top of the queue , which then asks for a £100 top up , which you do , then the app says your card is on its way - there should then be a “I already have my card” on the on its way screen ?
