Hi, I’m looking to reopen my Monzo account. I switched my Monzo account to a NatWest account but I still want to keep my Monzo account open. Is that possible?
If you’ve done a full switch out and the process has been started it’s generally very difficult to stop but you’d need to contact NatWest to find out where in the switch process it is and what options you have. Otherwise you can open a new Monzo account.
I have money in my account but it’s already been switched and I can’t transfer it to my new account, what do I do?
You can’t reopen the account as any payments will automatically go to your new NatWest
You’ll need to open a new account. If there’s money in your old Monzo it should have been transferred during the switch
