Account not updating

For about 3 weeks when I check the app I get a message stating “we’re unable to update your account”. I’ve been away for two weeks and thought it was a glitch that would be fixed by the time I got back. Also, the in-app Chat function isn’t working… I upgraded my phone from iPhone 5s to 7 recently would that have anything to do with it?

I’d send an email to help@monzo.com for support especially if inapp chat isn’t working for you. Unfortunately no one can help you via the forums
