My son died three weeks ago. He had an account with Monzo.
I’ve sent in all the required photographic evidence with the bereavement form.
They say they’ll get back to me in 3 working days … well it’s been two weeks.
I’ve sent in a complaint .. just get an automated reply.
I’ve emailed ‘help’ .. no answers to my questions.
Tried ringing them today 35 mins on the phone .. no answer.
What is wrong with Monzo??
They are abysmal. So frustrating. Any suggestions appreciated. Thanks.

Monzo’s customer support is horrific.
State that you’d like it recorded as a complaint and then you can at least escalate to the ombudsman.
Of course, the last thing you need right now is additional stress.
