Ability to reset automated categories on repeated spend

I have a frustration with the categories where the automated applied categories seem to override my custom categories, but more than that I cannot reset the category for repeated spends on certain providers. I assume this has something to do with the option when first categorising spend from a provider to always categorise a certain way but haven’t found a way to reset this to a different category without manually changing it every time.

Is this using a connected account not your monzo account?

If so, it won’t remember external account categories and will always opt for the default.
