1p Saving Challenge - catching up missed payments appears not to account for interest earned

Issue:

When a payment is missed and the catch up feature is used, the amount paid to catch up appears not to account for interest earned, resulting in a smaller amount being added for the missed days(s).

Details to reproduce:

In the 1p Saving Challenge:

1. Earn interest (eg: 0.02 in February)
2. Miss a payment (eg: 0.58 on 05-Mar)
3. Catch-up the missed payment

Expected: payment of 0.58 is added for 05-Mar
Actual: payment of 0.56 is added for 05-Mar
