If you’re on iOS type ‘cash’ in the feed search and all your cash transactions will come up.
It’s rolling period so deduct all transactions in the last 6 months from your cash deposit limit
Your limits will have how much you have left, if any

Or go into Accounts, Manage, Limits and allowances and it’ll tell you exactly how much you have left without having to work it out.
Doesn’t tell you when you’ll be able to pay in more cash if you’ve maxed that out tho
