I don’t think this is true 
Taking a stop start approach and freezing growth each time we had capacity issues would just end up damaging our position and simply put, people would go elsewhere! 
As a number of people have said wait times are not at all where we want to be but we have been correcting that with agressive hiring of COps (that’s starting to make a difference!) and other things (look out for the blog post) 
We would not sacrifice customer outcomes for the sake of growth, but we have to try and steady the ship rather than start making drastic changes!
